when booking the services. This includes the date, location, and any specific requirements.
1.2 To secure services, a non-refundable deposit is mandatory. The deposit amount will be
communicated by the service provider.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
2.1 Cancellations of the events are non-refundable. The service provider reserves the right to
retain the entire payment.
2.2 Force majeure events, such as natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances, will be
considered on a case-by-case basis for potential refunds or rescheduling.
3. Cooperation with Service Provider:
3.1 Customers agree to cooperate with service providers and provide all necessary
information required for the successful delivery of services. This includes but is not limited to
venue details, schedules, and any specific requests.
3.2 Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be communicated to the service provider
well in advance and may incur additional charges.
4. Intellectual Property:
4.1 All intellectual property rights to the delivered work remain with the service provider
until full payment is received.
5. Image and Video Usage:
5.1 Customers acknowledge that service providers may use images or videos captured during
the event for promotional purposes.
5.2 Customers have the right to request privacy regarding the use of their images or videos
for promotional purposes.
6. Liability and Damages:
6.1 Customers understand and agree that service providers are not liable for any damages,
injuries, or losses incurred during the event unless caused by gross negligence.
6.2 Customers are responsible for the safety, security and will ensure a safe working
environment for the service provider.
7. Equipment and Venue Access:
7.1 Service providers are responsible for their equipment and will require suitable access to
the event venue. Customers will facilitate this access without causing any undue delay or
inconvenience.
7.2 Any damage to the service provider’s equipment caused by the customer or their guests
will be the customer’s responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be invoiced
accordingly.
8. Dispute Resolution:
8.1 In case of any disputes or disagreements arises between the service providers and the
clients,
both parties are agreed to settle the dispute or disagreements through negotiation.
8.2 If they cannot settle the disputes or disagreements arise between them through negotiation
then both the parties are agreed to settle the disputes or disagreements through a mediator or
arbitrator or through court of law. In that case, the web portal EVENTRIYA will not be
responsible.
9. Miscellaneous Provisions:
9.1 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the customer and the service
provider and supersedes all prior agreements, oral or written.
